Cancellation Policy

Confirmed and Unconfirmed Appointments

If your appointment has been confirmed with one of our staff members, the following cancellation policy applies. If your appointment has not been confirmed before the scheduled time, you will receive a full refund.

General Appointments

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice to avoid fees. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a $50 cancellation fee per person. If you cancel within 2 hours of your appointment or do not show up, the appointment will be non-refundable. For group bookings, if part of your group does not attend, any absent individual will be charged a $50 cancellation fee per person. For groups of three or fewer, no-shows will be charged in full.

Iron Infusion Appointments

If you cancel an iron infusion appointment before your telemedicine consultation, you will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel after the telemedicine consultation, a $249 consultation fee will be retained. If you are not medically cleared for treatment by our provider, you will receive a full refund.

Membership & Subscription Policies

driptrip memberships, including Vitamin IV and NAD treatments, require a minimum three-month commitment. If you choose to cancel before completing the commitment period, you will be charged the remaining balance unless a valid medical reason is provided. Unused treatments are non-refundable. However, memberships can be paused for up to 30 days with advance notice. Subscription-based products require a three- to four-month minimum commitment, depending on the product.
