3. Your Relationship with Us: Medical Disclaimer Regarding Mobile Medical Services
driptrip.ca operates mobile medical services that include IV therapy, medical consultations, and certain lab tests. However, these services are not a substitute for emergency medical care or your primary healthcare provider. While our professionals are licensed and trained, driptrip.ca's services are supplemental and not a full replacement for traditional medical treatment.
Medical Consultation: Our services do not include primary care management, emergency care, or specialized care that requires in-person hospital visits. It is your responsibility to seek advice from a licensed physician if you need further medical attention.
Use of Services: You acknowledge that some medical treatments provided are based on the services you select and your individual health status. driptrip.ca may refuse to provide services if they believe that it would not be in your best interest.
4. No Insurance Accepted; Notice Regarding Your Financial Responsibility for Services
driptrip.ca does not accept insurance as payment for services rendered. Payment for services is required at the time of service and must be made directly by the client. We accept various methods of payment, including credit and debit cards.
Financial Responsibility: You are fully responsible for the payment of all services, even if your insurance provider later reimburses you for the costs of treatment. Charges for all services will be clearly outlined on the website at the time of booking.
5. Subscriptions and Membership Services
We offer subscription and membership services for regular clients seeking ongoing treatment. These services are designed to offer convenience, discounts, and other benefits. All subscription and membership services are subject to specific terms, including but not limited to:

Limitations of Telehealth: You acknowledge that telehealth consultations have limitations compared to in-person consultations, and driptrip.ca may recommend that you visit a healthcare provider in person if necessary.

To facilitate our services, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes:

Availability and access to necessary devices for telehealth (smartphone, computer, etc.)
You are also responsible for ensuring you have adequate internet access and connectivity for telehealth services.

31. Approximate Concierge/Travel Cost
Travel costs associated with concierge or mobile services provided by driptrip.ca are subject to change based on several factors, including but not limited to:
Location: The specific area where services are requested may influence the travel cost, with distances from our service center or providers’ locations affecting the total cost.
Traffic Congestion: Real-time traffic conditions can significantly impact travel times, which in turn may affect the cost of services. Travel during peak hours or in areas with frequent traffic congestion may result in higher costs.
Highway 407 Charges: If services require travel on Highway 407, additional toll charges may apply and are incorporated into the travel cost.
Additional Services: Any additional services requested during the travel or service appointment may alter the total cost, including waiting time or specific client preferences.
Estimation of Costs: We provide an approximate cost for travel at the time of booking, but please note that these are subject to change based on the above factors. Any adjustments to the travel cost will be communicated to you before the service is rendered.
